Policies and Clarifications

Appointment & Booking

  • A valid card may be required to secure all appointments.

  • Please arrive on time and with hair prepared according to your scheduled service instructions.

  • If you are unsure how to prepare your hair before your appointment, contact me prior to your appointment date.

Late Arrival

  • Clients are given a 10-minute grace period.

  • After 10 minutes, a late fee of $25 may be added to your service total.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on my schedule.

  • Repeated lateness may require future bookings to be prepaid, or your booking privileges will be revoked.

No Call / No Show

  • Clients who fail to show up without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

  • Future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment.

  • Multiple no call/no shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Detangling Fee

  • Hair must be reasonably detangled before your appointment unless detangling is included in your booked service.

  • Excessive tangling, matting, or unprepared hair will result in a detangling fee starting at $25+, depending on the time required.

  • Additional time spent detangling may also affect the length of your appointment.

Extra Guest

  • To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, extra guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

  • Children, friends, or family members who are not receiving services should not attend appointments. Unless I have approved of them.

  • Limited seating is reserved for clients only.

Respect & Professionalism

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.

  • Please communicate respectfully regarding scheduling, services, and concerns.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, card, and approved digital payments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice.

  • If I cancel your appointment, you will get your deposit back.

  • All balances must be paid in full at the end of the appointment.
